In this lesson, I taught how to cut three different t-shirt patterns from jersey fabric. I demonstrated how to pin and cut the fabric for each design, emphasizing that this was an experimental process to show different shapes and techniques. I also explained the basic assembly steps for each t-shirt style.

Lesson Steps:

  • Pin the pattern outline to the fabric
  • Cut along the pinned lines for each t-shirt design
  • Clean up the hem and adjust for any irregularities
  • For the first t-shirt (black lines):
    • Cut on the fold
    • Sew from the armhole down the side seam
  • For the second t-shirt (red lines):
    • Cut two pieces to form a triangle shape
  • For the third t-shirt (green lines):
    • Cut in two different colors
    • Sew the pieces together along the center front, shoulder, and side seams

Remember, this is an experimental process to demonstrate shapes and techniques
